Your 2nd-floor condo overlooks lush gardens, a fountain courtyard, and the ocean beyond. The private lanai has a glider bench — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Inside you'll find a king bed, full kitchen with everything you need to cook, central AC, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex has two pools including a rare oceanfront saltwater pool with ocean views, a sandy cabana area with BBQs and picnic tables, and a large soaker tub in the unit. We provide beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and snorkel gear so you're ready for the beach from day one.

Other Details to Note
There are 4-5 stairs to access the condo after exiting the elevator on the 2nd floor. You'll also need to walk up several steps to the lobby to register your car and get your parking pass. Parking is free, unassigned, and onsite in a gated community — gate code provided before check-in. Coin-operated laundry is available onsite. During high surf or high tide, the HOA may temporarily close the oceanfront saltwater pool for safety. STVR-19-366672

Casa de Emdeko is on Ali'i Drive just south of downtown Kailua-Kona. The Farmer's Market is a short walk away, and downtown Kona with its shops, restaurants, and waterfront is about 1.3 miles north. Magic Sands Beach (white sand) is 1.7 miles south — a quick drive or a scenic walk along Ali'i Drive. The complex sits right on the ocean in a quiet, gated community away from the traffic but close to everything.
Guest Access
Free onsite parking (unassigned) inside a gated community. Your gate code and check-in details will be sent before arrival. The unit is on the 2nd floor — take the elevator up, then 4-5 stairs to your door.

A rental car is the easiest way to explore the island, and free onsite parking is included. Downtown Kona is a short drive or rideshare away. Many guests enjoy walking or biking along Ali'i Drive to reach nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops. For day trips to Volcano National Park, the Kohala Coast resorts, or Hilo, a car is recommended — the Big Island is large and public transit is limited.
