Per HOA rules, guests must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision at all times.
Other Details to Note
Condo is located at The Continental. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June to November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time. No decisions will be made on our end unless a major storm warranting an evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government.

Parking Pass will be available in the room upon check in. It is a rear view mirror type pass. If your vehicle does not have a rear view mirror, the pass should be placed on the driver’s side dash. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay. Each guest must display the pass with ALL required information fully visible from outside the vehicle at all times while parked on the Continental property. Only FULLY COMPLETED parking passes are acceptable. Blank or incomplete passes subject the vehicle to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
